What chemistry experiments can you do at home?

I'm really fascinated with the experiments out chemistry teacher shows us. I haven't had the courage to ask if I can try those at home though, but could I? What are some cool experiments I can do at home?

I'm not really into chemistry, but you can try to see if you can buy some books with detailed instructions on how to do certain experiments. There is one I saw on Amazon, it's called "Illustrated Guide to Home Chemistry Experiments", for starters.

It's so easy to prepare a cocktail..... you need fresh squeezed juice and vodka.... The real experiment is looking at the reaction of whoever drinks it :D hihihi
